Duty and responsibility - Perform duties of sales responsible locally and ensure the right, clear, enough, and on time based on high efficiency, including participating in selling the main products and other products of the bank, Disbursement loans; and collecting monthly payments. Identify and/or assess potential customers through collecting, analyzing, and developing appropriate information necessary for credit assessment; recommend and complete all documents and forms. Interview do a field check and prepare the documents. - Maintain good relationships with customers, dealers, and relevant local authorities. - Support officer including daily sale report, visits to the applicant (resident & business location), Clarifying the document requirement submitted, Preparing a loan agreement, Supporting the disbursement process, Insurance collection, vehicle tax payment collection, and daily collection. Other jobs assigned by management ‍QUALIFICATION A bachelor’s degree in banking & finance, economics, or business administration is required. - More than 1 year experience with microfinance, banking, or loan-related fields. ability to have good communication skills in Khmer and English. Honesty, high commitment, good teamwork. Computer skills: MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet, and Email.
