Job Responsibilities: • Obtain proper information and data regarding invoice payments • Supervise and Check vendor files for any previous payments and assign voucher numbers • Check the vouchers listing invoice number, date, vendor address, item description, amounts, and coding per accounting policies and procedure • Attending the meeting with the requestor department for Payment Unit assembly. • Briefing about all PR received to the HOD. • Verify and give feedback for invoices against purchase orders and ensure goods or services were received before issuing payment to vendors • Issuing the PO by generating in dealerPro system. • Prepare the scheduling of the payment plan for suppliers and requestors. • Submit and collect cheques from the COO's office. • Supervising the issuing of priority payments one week at a time. • Processing payments and financial transactions with suppliers by checking POs, invoices from suppliers, and delivery notes. • Verify invoices against purchase orders and ensure goods or services were received before issuing payment to vendors • Communicating with the requested team and giving feedback on time to smooth the Accounts Payable processes • Entering invoices into the accounts payable, dealerPro system • Performing other ad hoc tasks as required by Management Job Requirements: - Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or finance, with at least 3 years in an Account Payable role.
