KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES - Maintain, analyze, and review financial records and statements - Monitor account activities of other departments - Manage and update account payables and receivables - Process incoming and outgoing invoices, bills, and payments to ensure accurate translations - Maintain and prepare budgets and expenses - Ensure statement and record compliance with accounting and tax laws and regulations - Conduct internal audits on financial activities - Organize and maintain financial account information using database software - Provide assistance to clients regarding their accounts - Review account information and data to identify issues or errors - Evaluate risks, procedures, and internal management system - Track overdue payments JOB REQUIREMENTS (Education, Qualification/Skills/Behavior, and Related Experiences.) - Chinese Speaking and Accounting qualification a must. - Problem-solving abilities - Working experience as an Accounting Officer, Accounting Coordinator, or a similar role - Proficiency in MS Office, CRM, and accounting software (ex. Quickbooks) - Mathematics and numerical skills Mathematics and numerical skills - Good working attitude
