• Daily check supporting document requirements for both AP and AR transaction • Make sure all payments are checked, recorded and paid on the due date. • Make sure all incomes are collected and followed up • Prepare monthly tax and do E-filing • Check monthly loan reconciliation with related parties across the company • Process PV Voucher signed by relevant Authorized Manager • Prepare any letters of payment request. • Other tasks assigned by the Supervisor. Requirement: - Bachelor's degree - Experience from real estate - Experience AP, AR, Tax
