Job Descriptions - Check and update monthly report of Retail Leasing Department, detail work progress and tenant information. - Supporting leasing and marketing team to finding good solution resolve all the current problems in project. - Responding and supporting for all leasing functions, which may include reviewing and negotiating lease transactions and rental agreements. - Support all the activities or events in The Elysée project, including advertising and team support (Marketing and property team). - Supporting marketing team to do marketing plan, and the budget plan to expense for all the event and activity plan. - Supporting team work to have good communication skill with customer (house owner/tenant). - Other tasks to be assigned by leader/up-line manager Job Specifications - Bachelor's Degree of Business Administration, Enterprise management, or other related fields; - At least 1-2 years of work experience in the field of Leasing, Customer Service or Property Management. - Be able to speak English and Chinese is plus for communication; - Good of computer skill (word-excel office); - Ability to effectively communicate with house owner/tenant, team work and other internal project; - Resourceful and has ability to work well with landlords and tenants; - Possessing excellence communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
