- Guiding and Monitor team member work on their working process. - Working with oversea agent and customer service team for checking shipment document. (BL, PKL (translate if needed), INV, HS code, commodity…..etc) - Working with VN and THAI agent ( confirm document , submit document, arrange plan for delivery container…..etc) - Work with border team for exchange information and secure container arrive smoothly.
