Shenzhen SisoTT Technology Co., Ltd.(SISOTT) was founded in 2003. Headquartered in Nanshan district, Shenzhen, with offices in Myanmar and Cambodia. It is a state-owned high-tech enterprise specializing in R & D, production, sales and service of optical fiber communication products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to meet or exceed sales targets. - Identify and capitalize on opportunities within the market, managing the sales process from lead generation to closing deals. - Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline, ensuring consistent follow-ups and timely closures. - Research and identify new potential clients, sectors, and verticals to expand the customer base. - Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes. Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3-5 years in a sales or business development role, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets. - Demonstrated success in managing and closing large-scale or high-value deals. - Experience leading or mentoring a sales team is a plus. - Strong negotiation skills and the ability to influence key decision-makers. - Experience in Telecommunication industry is preferred. - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
