DESCRIPTION OF MAJOR TASKS: 1. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales goals in collaboration with the Sales Manager. 2. Monitor and analyze sales performance data to adjust strategies for continuous improvement. 3. Set daily, weekly, or monthly sales objectives for the team and track progress. 4. Supervise, train, and mentor a team of sales representatives. 5. Conduct regular performance evaluations, offer feedback, and identify areas for development sales representatives 6. Build and maintain relationships with key clients and new prospects. 7. Address customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner. 8. Ensure customer satisfaction and gather feedback to improve service delivery. 9. Maintain a deep understanding of the laboratory products and services offered. 10. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and new product launches. Manage the day-to-day operations of the sales team, ensuring adherence to company policies. 11. Track and report on sales metrics, team performance, and market data. Knowledge, Skills, Experience and Attitude 1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Chemistry, Business, Sales / Marketing or a related field. 2. Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years in sales, preferably in the laboratory or life sciences industry; prior experience in a supervisory role is a plus. 3. Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office. 4. Language: English Good 5. Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with laboratory equipment, reagents, or services. 6. Strategic Thinking and Problem-Solving
