Qualification - Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. - At least 2–4 years of experience in taxation, preferably in Cambodia. - Strong knowledge of Cambodian tax regulations and practices. - Experience with GDT’s E-filing and tax systems. - Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, 、Odoo or local systems). - Good command of both Khmer and English (written and spoken). - Strong attention to detail and analytical skills. JD - Prepare and submit monthly and annual tax returns (e.g., VAT, Withholding Tax, Salary Tax, Patent Tax, Minimum Tax, and Tax on Profit) by Cambodian tax regulations. - Ensure full compliance with the Cambodian Law on Taxation and related Prakas and Circulars. - Maintain and organize accurate tax records and supporting documents for audit readiness. - Liaise with the General Department of Taxation (GDT) for tax audits, queries, and updates. - Monitor tax deadlines and ensure timely submission of returns and payments. - Advise management on tax implications of transactions and business decisions. - Support internal and external audits, including tax audits by the GDT. - Keep up to date with local tax changes and updates and implement them accordingly. - Other tasks assign by the manager or Top management
