- Perform daily operational cash flow activities. - Ensure that cash flow is sufficiant to enable effective operations across all business units. - Establish and conduct AB testing of bank accounts and payment gateways for all business units. - Facilitate briefing session on new standard operating procedures (SOP) and systems for the operations team. - Compile diverse reports, investigate issues, and offer corresponding solutions. - Coordinate with departments across the organization regarding the status of member accounts.
