Responsibilities: 1. Data Management: • Maintaining accurate records of service activities and customer interactions. • Updating and managing service databases and systems. • Generating reports on service performance and activities. 3. Customer Communication: • Communicating with customers regarding service schedules, delays, and other relevant information. • Addressing customer inquiries and ensuring follow-up on service issues. 4. Documentation: • Preparing and managing service-related documentation, such as work orders, invoices, and contracts. • Ensuring that all documentation is complete, accurate, and filed appropriately. 5. Inventory Management: • Assisting in managing inventory of parts, tools, and equipment. • Coordinating with suppliers for parts ordering and replenishment. 6. Support to Service Technicians: • Assisting service technicians with administrative tasks and coordination. • Ensuring that technicians have the necessary documentation and resources for service calls. 7. Financial Administration: • Processing and managing service invoices and payments. • Assisting in budget tracking and financial reporting for the service department. 8. Compliance: • Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal regulations. • Maintaining confidentiality of customer and company information. 9. Coordination: • Coordinating with other departments, such as sales and logistics, to ensure smooth service operations. • Facilitating communication between service staff and other departments. 10. Customer Satisfaction: • Monitoring customer feedback and working to improve service quality. • Implementing strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
