With its business expansion, the company is currently seeking a qualified, dynamic and experienced candidate for holding the below position: NUMBER OF HIRING: 1 JOB CATEGORY: Full Time SALARY RANGE: Negotiable JOB LOCATION: Phnom Penh ADDITIONAL BENEFITS: - Competitive salary, - Annual bonus, - Annual Salary Increase, - Meal Allowance, - Attendance bonus, - Accommodation & Transportation allowance, - Seniority Indemnity - Health Care Allowance, - Insurance Coverage - All benefits following to the Labor Law JOB DESCRIPTION: - Welcome walk-in customer and provide technical consultancy to them about vehicle issues and maintenance, - Process repairing documents following the company policy, - Follow up on the repair process with the technician and update the status to customers, - Advice customers on the routine maintenance of their vehicles, additional spare parts changing, and self-basic maintenance, - Handle customer complaints and post services follow up with the customers, - Update daily and monthly reports as instructed by the superior.
