-Draft construction plan and temporary plan drawing -Operating budget management under direction of Site Manager -Coordinate working environment, safety procedure -Check and instruct the labor and sub-contractor about safety procedure -Prepare daily working plan with the labor, sub-contractor, and material supplier -Prepare estimates, as well as on-site visit reports and project progress reports -Manage day-to-day construction activities at the construction site, including scheduling and supervision of subcontractors, and oversight of material deliveries -Maintain accurate records of all site-related documentation including spreadsheets, drawings, and photographs -Prepare monthly reports for cost analysis, including material quantities, labor hours, equipment inventories, and costs -Quality control person in charge of building works -Managing labor and sub-contractor following to planning Handling of problems about other building works Draft and complete method statement in a timely manner Report any issues and update to Project Manager Other tasks as assigned by superior
