We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Software Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to end-users, ensuring smooth operation of software applications, and resolving any issues that arise. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of software systems. Provide Technical Support: Assist users with software-related issues through various channels, including phone, email, chat, and in-person support. Troubleshoot Issues: Diagnose and resolve technical problems related to software applications, ensuring minimal disruption to users' workflows. User Training: Conduct training sessions for users to help them understand and effectively utilize software applications. Document Solutions: Create and maintain detailed documentation of common issues and their resolutions, contributing to a knowledge base for future reference. Collaborate with Development Teams: Work closely with software developers to report bugs, suggest enhancements, and test software updates or patches. Monitor System Performance: Regularly check software systems for performance issues and proactively address potential problems before they impact users. Maintain Security Standards: Ensure that all software support activities comply with the organization’s security policies and standards. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with users by providing timely and effective support. -Testing new software versions to identify bugs and ensure functionality. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Management or a related field. Proficient in English language Experience in ERP system support is plus Strong technical knowledge of software applications and troubleshooting principles. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with users. Problem-solving and analytical skills to identify root causes of issues. Patience and a customer-service oriented mindset. Excellent writing skills for documenting solutions and knowledge base articles.
