Key Responsibilities: 1.Supervise and motivate staff to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service. 2.Oversee daily operations, including inventory management and store maintenance. 3.Monitor sales metrics and implement strategies to enhance sales performance. 4.Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries and resolving complaints promptly. 5.Assist in training new employees and providing ongoing coaching to enhance team performance. 6.Ensure that the store is visually appealing and adheres to brand standards. 7.Manage stock levels, conduct regular inventory audits, and minimize shrinkage. 8.Prepare sales reports and provide insights to the Store Manager regarding performance trends. 9.Ensure adherence to company policies, health and safety regulations, and legal requirements. Qualifications: ➢ High school diploma or equivalent; further education in retail management or related field is a plus. ➢ Proven experience in retail or customer service, with supervisory experience preferred. ➢ Strong leadership and interpersonal skills. ➢ Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. ➢ Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
