Superintendent or Plant Engineer

- Supervise and monitor the daily operations of water and wastewater treatment plants to ensure compliance with operational parameters and standards. - Lead preventive and corrective maintenance efforts to minimize downtime and ensure the longevity of equipment. - Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues efficiently to maintain uninterrupted services. - Oversee a team of technicians and operators, providing guidance and support to ensure optimal performance. - Coordinate staff schedules, training, and development to enhance skill sets and plant operations knowledge. -Analyze operational data and recommend improvements in the treatment process to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. - Implement innovative solutions to optimize water and wastewater treatment processes while minimizing energy and chemical consumption. - Bachelor's degree in Science, Project Management, Engineering Management, or a related field. - At least 8 years of experience in operations and maintenance of medium-scale water and wastewater treatment facilities (capacity > 1,000 cubic meters per day). - Fluent in Khmer, Thai, and English (written and spoken).
