**Responsibilities 1. Assist in the development and execution of marketing plans and campaigns. Supervise and guide the marketing team in daily operations. 2. Coordinate the production of marketing materials and content. 3. Monitor and analyze market trends and competitors. 4. Ensure all marketing activities align with the brand's guidelines and objectives. Provide regular updates and reports to the Marketing Manager. 5. Manage relationships with external vendors and partners. 6. Support the organization of promotional events and activities. **Qualifications 1. Bachelor or master's degree in Marketing or related field 2. Minimum 2-3 years experience in the marketing field 3. Market Planning, Market Research skills and Analytical Skills 4. Good planning, works & time management 5. Strong communication & interpersonal skill. 6. Be creative, flexible, and result-oriented. 7. Able to work overtime and under pressure.
