Supervisor and Restaurant Manager

~ Supervisor Job Description Main Responsibilities: 1. Managing Daily Operations • Check that food and drinks are ready on time. • Make sure the restaurant is clean and comfortable. • Solve problems that happen during the day. 2. Managing Staff • Hire and train new employees. • Make work schedules for staff. • Help and guide staff to do their jobs well. 3. Customer Service • Greet and talk to customers in a friendly way. • Handle customer complaints and solve problems. • Make sure customers are happy with their food and service. 4. Following Rules and Safety • Make sure the restaurant follows health and safety rules. • Check that food is prepared and stored properly. • Train staff to follow safety procedures. Job Requirements: • Male/Female (Female candidate is preferred). • Experience in restaurant management is a plus. • Good leadership and teamwork skills. • Strong customer service skills. • Able to work under pressure.
