Role Overview: We, InvestM Technology Co.,Ltd, are looking for the Support Specialist who will serve as the pivotal point of communication between our Headquarters (HQ) and our Sales Office in Cambodia. This individual will be responsible for ensuring that requests from the Sales Office are accurately relayed to HQ through our ticketing system, Skype or via e-mail and that these requests are followed up on and resolved in a timely manner. Key Responsibilities: 1. Ticketing System Management: Receive requests from the Cambodia Sales teams, submit these as tickets to HQ, and ensure they are addressed promptly. 2. Client Account Coordination: Handle and relay requests related to client deposits, withdrawals, and other activities associated with a client's trading account. 3. Secure Client Area Requests: Address and forward any requests or issues related to the Secure Client Area to HQ for resolution. 4. Effective Communication: Maintain clear and consistent communication between the Sales Office and HQ, ensuring all parties are updated on the status of requests and issues. 5. Follow-Up: Regularly check the status of submitted tickets, ensuring that they are being addressed by HQ and communicating any updates or resolutions back to the Sales Office. Qualifications: 1. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. 2. Proficient in English. 3. Basic knowledge in Foreign Exchange (FX) is a plus, but not mandatory. Training will be provided if needed. 4. Experience with ticketing systems or similar communication tools is a plus. 5. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively. 6. Team player with a proactive approach to problem-solving. Note: The Support Specialist is essential for ensuring that our Sales Office in Cambodia and HQ work in harmony.
