Surveyor (Bokor Mountain)

Key Responsibilities: 1. Coordinate work progress with the main contractor. 2. Conduct land, topographic, and building surveys using various specialized equipment and technology. 3. Measure distances and angles between points on, above, and below the earth's surface. 4. Analyze and record data using plans, maps, charts, and software such as AutoCAD, and verify the accuracy of this data. 5. Prepare survey drawings, maps, and reports. 6. Present data to the project manager, site manager, and other relevant parties. 7. Provide advice on technical matters and assess the viability of construction plans. 8. Check the layout, alignment, and deflection of structures. 9. Share support and assist each other; it is the responsibility of employees to collaborate within and across divisions to achieve company targets. 10. Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor. o Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Project Management, or other related fields o At least 2 years of experiences as Surveyor o Good knowledge of building methods and regulations o Good in maintaining of quality control procedures o Good in selecting of tools and materials. o Good in computer skill (Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, AutoCAD, …) o Be able to work at Bokor Mountain
