Job Responsibilities: • Provide high-quality support to customers via phone, email, and live chat. • Diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve technical issues of software or application • Guide customers through product features, setup, and usage. • Document common issues and create knowledge base articles for future reference. • Conduct the product training for customer • Create user guides, FAQs, and tutorial videos to support customer self-service. • Assist in the testing and validation of new products and software updates. • Purchase and set up phone system, new computers • Install and update company software/ hardware as needed • Manage and organize the network infrastructure and other end-to-end ITS projects • Other tasks assign by manager Requirement • Information Technology University degree • At least 1 year experience in technology supports • Good communication both in English and Khmer • Good customer service and interpersonal skills • Good discipline Working condition: • Salary 300-450 • 6 working day (01 day off) • 8h-12h & 1h30-5h30 • Public Holiday (03days-Khmer New Year, 03days-Pchum Ben & 01-day Water Festival) • Insurance (N/A) • Seniority Payment (N/A)
