MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES Abel to do to working on the marketing plan and control the budget Supervisor and guide marketing / Sales staff in their daily work Look after sales volume, marketing coverage, product mix in the assigned zone Analyze the marketing to work out annual sales forecast and monthly marketing activities plan in assigned zone together with Senior Trade & Marketing Manager Monitor Trade/consumer promotions executive of sales team and agents. Keep track on promotion progress to react fast to any change of the market Monitor and ensure appropriate merchandising and good branding of the company’s product in the market in coordination with brand team REQUIREMENTS Male or Female, age from 25-35 Bachelor in marketing, Business Administration or related faculty 2 – 3 years’ experience in a supervisory position preferably in sales of FMCG companies Hard working, dynamic, flexible and teamwork Good communication/negotiation skills. Good at analysing, organizing and quality-driven Can communicate in English and Khmer is the native language.
