- Monitor and coordinate daily vehicle assignments and schedules. - Track vehicle usage, fuel consumption, and mileage. - Ensure all vehicles are properly maintained, cleaned, and serviced on schedule. - Maintain up-to-date records of vehicle registration, insurance, and inspections. - Liaise with drivers and respond to issues or incidents related to fleet operations. - Assist in the preparation of reports related to fleet performance and costs. - Monitor GPS systems and ensure driver compliance with company policies. - Handle accidents or emergency vehicle repairs in coordination with relevant departments. - Support the Fleet Manager in evaluating fleet efficiency and recommending improvements.
