JOB SUMMARIES (NEGOTIABLE)
We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Trucking Operations Staff member to assist with the daily coordination of our transportation and logistics activities. This role supports dispatching, documentation, tracking, and communication with drivers and clients to ensure timely deliveries.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in scheduling and dispatching trucks and drivers.
• Monitor delivery status and provide real-time updates to clients and team members.
• Prepare and maintain shipping and delivery documents, such as bills of lading and delivery receipts.
• Communicate with drivers to relay route changes, updates, and instructions.
• Support compliance efforts by ensuring records are complete and accurate.
• Enter data into transportation management systems or company databases.
• Coordinate with the maintenance team to track vehicle service schedules.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
• Have at least 2 years experience in the Logistics Industry.
• Know clearly about the import/export process
• Have a good relationship with the Trucking Vendor
• Can work under pressure
• Control and flexibility of trucking arrangement
• Be Honest
• Age: from 25-35
• Need male only
