Responsibilities: Conduct user research to understand user needs and pain points Develop user personas and user journeys to inform design decisions Create user flows and low-fidelity wireframes Create high-fidelity designs and prototypes using Figma Create user interfaces that are visually appealing, user-friendly, and consistent with our brand guidelines Collaborate with product managers to ensure designs are feasible and meet business objectives Participate in user testing and iterate on designs based on feedback Qualifications: Good spoken and written English language 2+ years of experience as a UX/UI Designer or a related field Strong understanding of UX design principles Strong understanding of UI design principles and methodologies Ability to conduct user research and translate findings into actionable insights Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for detail Proficiency in Figma Strong communication, presentation, and collaboration skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
