Job Description: We are seeking a talented Video Editor and AI Image/Video Animation Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of video editing techniques, along with proficiency in utilizing AI-generated images and video animations to enhance visual storytelling. As a crucial member of our creative team, you will collaborate closely with designers, animators, and content strategists to produce engaging and innovative content for both digital and traditional mediums. Work closely with the creative team to brainstorm and develop concepts for video projects, ensuring alignment with client objectives and brand identity. Stay updated on emerging trends and technologies in video editing and AI image/video animation, implementing new techniques to elevate content quality. Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and provide creative solutions that exceed expectations. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project timelines. Optimize video content for different platforms and devices, maintaining high-quality standards across all deliverables. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Film Production, Digital Media, or a related field. Proven experience as a video editor, with a strong portfolio showcasing your creative projects and technical proficiency. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator. Experience working with AI-powered tools for image and video generation, such as Deep Dream, StyleGAN, or similar platforms. Strong understanding of storytelling principles and visual aesthetics, with the ability to translate concepts into compelling video content. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Detail-oriented with a keen eye for visual composition, color grading, and motion graphics. Ability to adapt to evolving technologies and industry trends, demonstrating a passion for continuous learning and innovation. Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in an advertising agency or creative studio environment. Knowledge of 3D animation and motion graphics software, such as Cinema 4D or Maya. Familiarity with video SEO best practices and analytics tools for performance tracking. Strong understanding of copyright laws and licensing requirements for multimedia content.
