Responsibilities: Receiving and Inspecting Deliveries: Receive incoming shipments of fresh produce and other goods, inspecting them for quality and accuracy against delivery documents. Storage and Organization: Properly store items in designated areas within the warehouse, ensuring that all products are neatly organized and easily accessible for efficient distribution. Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records through regular counts and reconciliation with system records. Report any discrepancies promptly. Order Fulfillment: Prepare orders accurately and efficiently according to customer requirements, ensuring correct items and quantities are picked and packed. Quality Control: Monitor product quality throughout storage and handling processes, adhering to company standards for freshness and safety. Safety and Cleanliness: Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment. Keep warehouse clean and organized at all times. Collaboration: Work closely with other warehouse team members and departments to ensure smooth operations and timely fulfillment of orders. Requirements: Previous experience in a warehouse or similar environment preferred, but not required. Ability to lift and move heavy boxes and items. Basic computer skills for inventory management and order processing. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
