-At least 1 year experience in Warehouse or other file. -Inspect & Report for damage or discrepancies, while receiving & retrieving stock Ensure adequate record keeping & manage all documentation to confirm proper stock levels. -To ensure material dispatches are regularly communicated or updated to the Customer Service team Should be comfortable to work outside, if required. -To keep a clean & safe working environment and optimize space utilization. -Maintain records of equipment, materials and products -A Warehouse officer directs and instructs the team members to ensure that the stocks are shelved and the inventory is being properly transferred. -Clarify specifications, quantities -Liaise with procurement Department to identify supplier -Identify works order, purchase order -Verify good received noted, check physically on materials received in good condition.
