About Our Program ONE MORE GROUP’s Young Professional Program (YPP) is a 6-months program designed to fast-track talented, dynamic fresh graduates and young professionals to grow rapidly and become specialists in sales and distribution, food and beverage manufacturing, and hospitality industries.
