We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Channel Specialist to develop and manage sales channels for our microloan products. The role involves expanding partner networks, maintaining strong relationships with merchants, intermediaries, and community partners, and supporting business growth through effective channel management and compliance. Job Responsibilities: * Develop and acquire individual loan customers through calls, field visits, referrals, and online promotion. * Introduce loan products (unsecured/secured loans) and handle customer applications. * Conduct preliminary document checks and basic risk assessment. * Submit qualified applications to the credit approval team. * Maintain customer relationships and assist with repayment follow-up. * Ensure full compliance with company policies and financial regulations. Requirements: * Bachelor Degree (Banking & Finance, Marketing, Business or related field). * At least 1 year experience in bank industry or financial services. * Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills. * Goal-oriented and able to work under sales pressure. 💰 Salary: Negotiate • 120 (KPI performance)+ Commission. • Allowance: 40$ • NSSF and other benefits in accordance with company policy • Public holidays according to Cambodia labor law Working hour: 9-6pm Working days: Mon-Sat 📍 Location: Phnom Penh, Koh Pich
