PHSME Specialized Bank Ltd has been specializing in providing the loans and credit facilities to the Small and Medium Enterprise (SME) customers since 2001. As the current expansion, recruiting qualified and highly motivated Cambodian candidates to apply for the following positions based at the head office in Phnom Penh. I. CREDIT OFFICER: (Many Position)( 250$-500$) A. KEY TASKS: • Reporting to credit team leader. • Manage a loan contract. • Implement the credit policies. • Arrange the credit strategy plan. B. DUTIES: • To make promotion about products and service offer by bank. • Managing the loan contract. • Evaluation and customer analysis. • Understanding about the customer characteristic. • Understanding of real estate evaluation. C. RESPONSIBILITIES: • Effective sales forces. • Efficiency of credit and customer analyze. • Accuracy in implement the credit policy. A. QUALIFICATIONS: • Age 22-30 years. • Cambodian national. • Bachelor of business Administration, Management or related field. • At Least on-year experience in Bank or Microfinance. • Very good in written and spoken English. • Strong organizational and interpersonal communication skill. • Computer literacy ( Word & Excel, Power Point email, internet) • Being honest, hard-working and healthy/ high responsibilities.
