Role Description The Food & Beverages Manager - Mandarin Speaker role is a full-time on-site position based in Phnom Penh, Cambodia. This role involves overseeing daily operations of the food and beverage department to ensure a high standard of customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. Responsibilities include managing restaurant and bar services, supervising staff, coordinating menu planning, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, preparing and managing budgets, and providing training to improve the performance of the team. The manager also acts as a key point of contact for Mandarin-speaking guests, ensuring seamless communication and service. Qualifications Strong expertise in Food Service and Food & Beverage operations Proficiency in delivering excellent Customer Service with a focus on guest satisfaction Experience in Staff Training to enhance team skills and performance Ability to handle Budgeting and financial responsibilities effectively Professional fluency in Mandarin and English; additional language skills would be beneficial Exceptional communication and leadership skills Previous experience in a management role within the hospitality industry, preferably in Food & Beverages Understanding of food safety regulations and standard operating procedures Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred
