Join our team as a RETAIL SHOP SUPERVISOR Do you want to run a vibrant retail shop that creates real impact for youth and communities? Would you be excited to welcome customers from around the world? If you answered ‘yes’ then you may just be the person we need in Unlimited Shop. PROFILE NEEDED • Skilled in retail supervision • Organized, motivating, and happy to share skills with young trainees • Proactive and strong communicator • Skilled in Microsoft Office and POS systems • Able to communicate clearly in English and Khmer language RESPONSIBILITIES • Grow sales and keep clear records • Organize stock, check product levels, and keep prices and displays clear • Learn well about the products and make sure popular items are always available • Help the team understand the products • Support trainees in a clear and respectful way • Help customers in a professional and timely way WORKING CONDITIONS & BENEFITS • 6 days per week, with flexible hours (including evenings and weekends) • Yearly fund for child health costs + Child Day Care • Free meals during shifts • Plus, all mandatory benefits: NSSF, Pension Fund, seniority, paid leave
