- Receive a warm welcome with friendliness and cheerfulness. - Answer and return phone calls in a friendly and cheerful manner. - Learn to inspect, clean, wash, iron, and fold customers' clothes and belongings according to store standards. - Learn to use washing machines, irons, and other equipment for operations, including cleaning chemical, efficiently and safely. - Perform service delivery operations according to company guidelines and standards. - Receive feedback from guests and report to management. - Monitor and check the stock of detergent and laundry materials , and report to management when stocks are running low. - Write and issue job order and invoice to customer and receiving customer payment. - Maintain cleanliness and order inside and outside the store. Clean and maintain the operating area, both inside and outside the store . - Maintain safety inside and outside the store. - Report to the leader (manager).
