Machine & Equipment Calibrator

1. Equipment System a) Implement the frequent check to ensure that the equipments are maintained and calibrated in accordance to the schedule. b) Maintain, perform assessment and update the list of approved suppliers and subcontractors as required in appropriate procedures. c) Continuously improvement of processes from equipment purchasing, calibration, maintenance, equipment breakdown, etc. d) Preparing/ Approve all SOPs as equipment control, calibration procedures, maintenance procedures, work instruction according to ISO 17025 requirements. e) To make sure that all of equipment technical specification are meet/ exceed in-house test method/ international standards requirements. f) Build up and maintain equipments system according to ISO 17025 requirements. g) Advise to board management about the facilities or equipment need to test capacity development. h) To doing/ review/ approve all of internal calibration results. i) Reviewing and comments on external calibration results if any. j) To make decision to carry out equipment to external or internal calibration. k) Point of contact for Global TS about equipment and improvements needed. l) Train or assist employees in utilization of quality tools to drive continuous improvement activities. m) Train for all of lab technician(s) how to right operate machineries, frequent performace checking…. n) Contact with third party supplier about external calibration/ training. o) Define in resolution of equipment fault as required, manage equipment’s broken/ malfunction/ faults. 2. Quality System a) To fully assist Quality Department to maintain equipment document system according to ISO 17025. b) To fully support for Technical team to apply TCDs and provided equipment docs accordingly. c) Monthly report to Global Technical team about status of equipment. d) Work with Managers and operational staff to ensure that operation procedures are carried out in accordance to technical requirements. e) Keep current with regulations, accreditations, certifications and registrations which one related to equipment system. f) Participate Internal Audit. 3. Suppliers and Subcontractors. a) To supervising facilities subcontractors doing facilities or renovation if any. b) Work with facilities subcontractors to improvement/ repair/ maintaining facilities system. c) Sourcing and get quotation for all of tools/ equipment/ chemicals/ materials which one need lab operation and standard’s requirement accordingly both of locally and oversea. d) Suppliers evaluation potential. e) Advise to lab operational about kind, type of equipment/ lab consumables.
