Job Description Manager, Regional Collection position is mainly responsible for Collect and recover outstanding debts by managing regional collection officer and collector at branch level to achieve collection targets. Location Head Office - Phnom Penh Duties and Responsibilities Supervise and provide leadership to regional collection officers including all collectors at branches. Manage the effectiveness of the daily work/KPI of all regional collection officers. Manage and ensure the branches’ and regional KPI have been achieved as target. Prepare a monthly plan for branch visits to achieve collection targets. Monitor in daily, weekly, and monthly number of delinquent accounts in both pre-written-off and post-written-off for prioritizing the collection actions/efforts by not allowing those accounts to move to the next bucket. Manage and ensure all collectors use the collection systems to track performance and identify improvement areas. Manage and ensure the credit collection activities have been well implemented following policies, credit procedures, and guidelines. Participate in developing collection strategies and ensure it has been well implemented such as customer visiting, dunning letter issuance, and customer invitation for deputing debt resolution, …etc. Collaborate with the collection solution team, and with the collection performance team to improve the collection number. Manage and ensure all collectors are well understand all the memos/guidance/ instructions and are well implementation. Address any gaps in the collection processes and suggest prevention tools/actions to stop any forms of fraud. Collaborate with the Regional Manager, Branch Manager, Branch Credit Manager, Loan Recovery Manager, Branch Collector, and collection performance team at head office for collectors’ capacity building. Perform work by following strategic guidelines and the core values of HTB Bank. Skills Specifications Bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting, finance, or banking. At least 3 years of work experience in banking/financial industry with minimum 2 years in credit management. At least 2 consecutive years of experience in supervisory/managerial position. Useful experience as credit officer, Collector, loan recovery or relevant positions Have a good skill in MS Office includes Word, Excel, and Email, Able to communicate in English. Skilled at managing time, persuading, coordinating, decision making, monitoring, instructing, and critical thinking. Leading people to implementing strategies, policies, procedures, instruction, and corrective measures.
