Job Description
This position is responsible for drive sale credit target focus on unsecure to achieve outstanding results including and sales referral. To investigations, scoring, credit checking and skill in unsecure Loan assessment in order to ensure good lending and loan quality. To lead team, manage and monitoring performance of subordinate to achieved targets by providing direction, planning, and training to staff and maintaining communication between staffs and upper management as well. To ensure process loan collection end to ends as well. Specialized Lending Officer is to ensure all operational support and lending functions are accurately performed in accordance with the Bank’s all unsecure loan policies as well as adhere to the government and NBC regulations.

Duties and Responsibilities
Drive team to achieve the Loan targets (KPIs) by monitoring a quality loan portfolio of the Specialized lending team and all routines related transactions within front-end and back-end. Create effective referral networks, including recruited business partnership B2C build relationship, existing dealer/partner /customers and other local market activities to broadly promote loan products as unsecure loan and services. Gather valid applicants’ financial records by obtaining and compiling copies of clients’ credit histories, income, financial statement and other financial information in order to prevent them from being conned. Responsible for monitoring late payment and debt collection. Communicate the strategic plan from management and develop action plan within zonal market areas to improve public’s trust, sales and cross and up selling. Educate staff consistently on the Bank’s policies and procedures as well as the standards service and skill to minimize risk that provide unsecure loan with the secure customer. Maintain communication between the staff and upper management by preparing and/or approving daily, weekly, and month-end reports regarding productivities. Resolve major staff complex issues and provide amicable solutions for all to maintain staff motivation and retention. Act as a role model within the team to question, listen and give actionable feedback carefully in order to create a productive work atmosphere towards “Core Value”. Others task assign by management.
Skills Specifications
Full commitment to Hattha Bank’s vision, mission, purposes, values, procedures and objectives. Bachelor’s degree in finance and banking, accounting or any relevant field. Minimum three years of working experiences in banking and financial services industry with a strong track record in granting loans, products and services sales with minimum one year of managerial experiences. Excellent knowledge of banking rules and regulations, laws, and all policies and procedures pertaining to them, including but not limited to the AML and CFT law, loan policies, procedures and lending authority. Hand-on experiences with managing lending team, granting loans, and credit risk management. Excellent knowledge of economic climate and impact of country factors on customer, business, as well as the Bank. Ability to use and communicate in both Khmer and English. Proficient Microsoft Office and Bank’s software. Excellent sales and customer services skills. Good math skills and ability to spot numerical errors. Good leadership, management, problem solving, negotiation and interpersonal skill. Strong dedication to accuracy and efficiency. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
