MARKETING & DESIGN OFFICER
POSITION: Marketing & Design Officer
LOCATION: Head Office
EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Full-time
REPORTING TO: Head of Marketing
JOB SUMMARY: A creative and strategic Marketing & Design Officer to develop and execute marketing campaigns while ensuring visually compelling brand communication. This role combines marketing expertise with design skills to create impactful digital and print materials, enhance brand visibility, and engage target audiences.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
MARKETING STRATEGY & EXECUTION
- Develop and implement marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and customer engagement.
- Manage social media platforms, email marketing, and digital advertising.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to refine marketing strategies.
GRAPHIC DESIGN & CONTENT CREATION
- Design marketing materials, including social media posts, banners, brochures, and advertisements.
- Ensure brand consistency across all visual and digital assets.
- Create engaging multimedia content, including videos and infographics.
BRANDING & DIGITAL PRESENCE
- Maintain and enhance the company’s website and online presence.
- Work with internal teams and external agencies to develop creative campaigns.
- Optimize content for SEO and digital performance.
COLLABORATION & PROJECT MANAGEMENT
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align marketing and design initiatives.
- Manage multiple design and marketing projects, ensuring timely execution.
- Stay updated on industry trends and design innovations.
