Key Responsibilities
-End-Consumer Acquisition:
You will be responsible for acquiring new consumer users per month through out-of-platform online activations and relevant offline activation activities.
-User Retention:
This involves engaging existing users through device in-platform activities, in-platform engagement, and out-of-platform engagement. You will plan and execute platform-led activities for LSSS Renter Brands, the Retailers Network, and EcoSystem Partners, as well as seasonal/scheduled in-platform activities.
-Plan & Execute Platform-Led Activities:
You will plan and execute platform-led activities aimed at consumers for LSSS Renter Brands, the Retailers Network, and EcoSystem Partners. This includes managing seasonal and scheduled in-platform activities.
-Work with Outsourced Agencies:
This involves collaborating with outsourced agencies to execute out-of-platform online activities and platform-relevant offline activities.
-Analyze Data and Iterate:
You will analyze in-platform sales and marketing data, as well as out-of-platform performance data, to provide recommendations and execute improvements.
Requirements
•Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field (e.g., marketing, business management).
•2-3 years of experience in the related role (e.g., logistics, operations, vendor management).
•Interest and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with evolving responsibilities.
•Strong organizational and time management skills.
•Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
•Technical expertise in application testing, mobile computing, and hardware device troubleshooting (not required, but a plus).
