Marketing Manager (Urgent)

The Marketing Manager for the Service Division of Tunsai Cleaning plays a pivotal role in building brand awareness, driving lead generation, and ensuring consistent growth in customer acquisition for the company’s cleaning services. This role involves developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the company’s mission and core values of gratitude, integrity, kaizen, hard work and preparation. The ideal candidate is a dynamic and results-driven professional who excels in both traditional and digital marketing, possesses a deep understanding of customer needs, and is passionate about sustainability and community engagement.
Key Responsibilities: Strategic Planning and Execution: ● Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase visibility and generate leads for the company’s cleaning services and streams of revenue. ● Align marketing initiatives with Cambodia’s pentagonal strategy and the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) to position the company as a socially responsible leader in the industry. ● Collaborate with the sales team to create campaigns that drive conversions and increase customer retention. Brand Building and Content Creation: ● Develop compelling narratives and campaigns that highlight the company’s commitment to excellence, sustainability, and community impact. ● Oversee the creation of marketing materials, including brochures, social media content, email campaigns, and advertisements. ● Ensure all marketing efforts reflect the company’s core values and maintain consistency across channels. Market Analysis and Research: ● Conduct market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and trends. ● Analyze competitors to identify unique selling points and opportunities for differentiation. ● Measure and report the performance of marketing campaigns, adjusting strategies based on data-driven insights. Community Engagement: ● Foster relationships with local businesses, schools, and community leaders to promote the company’s services. ● Organize events, sponsorships, and community clean-up initiatives to enhance brand reputation and customer engagement.
