Position: Marketing Manager
Main Activities and Responsibilities:
• Support the company’s culture, mission and values.
• Promoting the company brand to the market.
• Collaborating effectively with associated media agencies and third parties.
• Analyzing budgets, preparing annual budget plans, scheduling expenditures, and ensuring that the sales team meets their quotas and goals.
• Researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans, understanding consumer requirements, identifying market trends, and suggesting system improvements to achieve the company's marketing goals.
• Gathering, investigating, and summarizing market data and trends to draft reports and campaigns.
• Implementing new marketing and advertising plans.
• Recruiting, training, scheduling, coaching, and managing marketing and sales teams to meet sales and marketing human resource objectives.
• Monitor owned, earned and paid media results.
• Maintaining relationships with important clients by making regular visits, understanding their needs, and anticipating new marketing opportunities.
• Staying current in the automotive industry by attending educational opportunities, conferences, and workshops, reading publications, and maintaining personal and professional networks.
Job Requirement
-Bachelor’s degree in marketing, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
-Experience: 4+ years of experience in marketing or related field.
-Good English speaking-communication
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills
-Metrics-driven marketing mind with eye for creativity
