Our company is currently hiring Marketing Supervisor.
A marketing supervisor in the pharmaceutical industry may have a variety of responsibilities, including:
- Planning and managing marketing campaigns: Developing, planning, and overseeing marketing activities, including advertising, public relations, and sales support materials
- Training sales and marketing skills: Providing training for sales and marketing skills for products
- Managing marketing events: Organizing and managing marketing events in the area
- Preparing programs for medical representatives: Preparing programs for medical representatives, including sample distribution programs and feedback
- Budgeting: Developing short-term budgets, monitoring progress, and evaluating performance
- Working with sales and product development teams: Collaborating with sales and product development teams to develop effective marketing campaigns
- Being knowledgeable about the pharmaceutical industry: Being familiar with relevant laws, rules, and regulations in the pharmaceutical industry
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a field such as marketing, business, or public relations
- Proven experiences in Marketing and related field in Pharmaceutical industries
- Good personality
- Good knowledge in marketing and computer literacy
