Merchandising and Production Planing (Local Manager)

- Supervise day-to-day merchandising operations from sampling to shipment. - Coordinate with buyers/customers for order details, approvals, and follow-ups. - Prepare and issue detailed trim cards for production and sampling. - Follow up on garment testing requirements (e.g., wash, colorfastness, performance tests). - Ensure product specifications are met and aligned with customer requirements. - Follow up on material sourcing and contractor in coordination with the production team. - Monitor and resolve any production issues in coordination with respective departments. - Maintain compliance with company standards and industry best practices. - Manage and Planing the production -Salary depend on expereince and negotiation
Job Requirements - Bachelor’s degree. - 3–5 years of experience in merchandising, preferably in the manufacturing sector. - Strong knowledge of apparel/textile structure. - Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and ERP systems is a plus - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong organizational and detail-oriented. - Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines is a plus
