Job Responsibilities:
1)Provide administrative support to the Building Manager during the night shift.
2)Handle inquiries from tenants, vendors, and security staff.
3)Monitor and report building maintenance or security issues.
4)Maintain records and update reports using Microsoft Excel and Word.
5)Prepare and organize documents, invoices, and contracts.
6)Assist in tracking expenses, budgeting, and filing documents.
7)Coordinate with the day-shift team for smooth operational handovers.
8)Perform general administrative duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
1)Language Skills: Proficient in English (both spoken and written) for communication.
2)Technical Skills: Basic to intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
3)Maintenance Knowledge (Advantageous): Basic understanding of building maintenance work (e.g., minor repairs, reporting technical issues).
4)Language Advantage: Ability to communicate in Mandarin is a plus.
5)Experience: Prior administrative or customer service experience preferred.
6)Soft Skills: Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
7)Work Ethic: Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
8)Availability: Must be comfortable working night shifts and Monday to Saturday.
