New Representative Office in process of registration, is seeking suitably experienced personnel to manage the representative office.
Our business:
A regional out-sourced fintech and online trading/marketing and customer support company.
The role:
1. A suitably experienced personnel to manage the representative office. The job scope includes manage administration and operation of office, payroll, book-keeping of representative office expenses.
2. To manage a team of 4 to 6 personnel.
3. To manage monthly budget necessary for operations.
4. To report to holding company on finances and performance of representative office.
The qualifications:
1. Any degree or certification in Business Management, Accounting, HR or related. Non-related degree or certification are welcomed to apply if you have the necessary experience in administration or HR.
2. Minimum 3 years of experience in office administration or HR or finance.
3. Good spoken and written English.
The Salary:
1. US$600 - US$800 (depending on experience)
