W.T.I is one of the leading freight forwarders in Cambodia providing our customers with full-ranged services such as Customs broker, transportation, warehousing, International Sea Freight, Air Freight, Door to Door services, Air – Sea Consolidation, Project Cargo, and DG Cargo. Now, we are seeking Cambodian staff to work full-time as follows: Job Description: • Preparing import/export documents for customs • Follow up, trucking cargo, and timely update • Collect/deliver documents from/to customers • Collect payment from customers • Coordinate logistics services' operational schedules. • Deliver logistics services that meet customer requirements. • Develop alternatives to enhance operational policies, standards, and procedures. • Develop plans that include different aspects of project management based on priorities and needs. • Estimate resources required for project activity accurately. • Manage data through a combination of data mining, modeling, analysis, cost-benefit analysis, process mapping, and/or problem analysis to support data management initiatives. • Manage stakeholders to monitor the completion of requirements and activities. • Plan delivery of logistics services that meet customer requirements. • Review different aspects of project management based on priorities and needs. • Other tasks assigned by manager Requirements: • Finished high school or fresh graduate • At least 1-year experience in the logistics field • Being able to communicate in English or Chinese is a plus • Hard work, loyalty, punctuality, flexible and patient
