Responsibilities: • Ensuring that all residents are comfortable, safe, and happy in their living environment • Establishing and enforcing policies and procedures that ensure resident satisfaction while maintaining safety and security • Managing maintenance and repair of the property, including making sure that repairs are done in a timely manner • Monitoring rent payments to ensure that all residents are paying on time • Working with residents to resolve disputes or complaints about living conditions • Negotiate leases with new and renewing residents • Collect rent payments and security deposits • Prepare and file paperwork for evictions, as needed • Preparing budgets for the yearly operations. • Monitor P&L (profit and lost) to operate efficiently • Attend and participates in Briefings/Meetings as required. • Make reports as weekly – monthly. • Prepare monthly reports on building occupancy, rent collection, and any incidents or violations Requirements: • 3-5 years’ experience in property management, sales, customer service, or a related field • Experience working with high-end luxury properties • Bachelor’s degree in business, real estate, or related field • Proven track record of success in meeting or exceeding goals • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong organizational and time management skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Property Management software • Preferred Skills and Qualifications • Bilingual (English/ Cambodian)
