Responsibility • Credit Administration: o Monitor loan portfolios and track repayment performance. o Manage credit risk mitigation strategies. o Ensure compliance with credit policies and regulations. o Improve credit admin documentation and flow • Repossessed Vehicle Auctions and Resale: o Oversee the process of repossessing vehicles. o Coordinate the sale of repossessed vehicles through auctions or other channels. o Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations regarding repossessions. • Collection Work: o Monitor delinquent accounts and follow up with borrowers to collect overdue payments. o Implement effective collection strategies and procedures. o Negotiate payment plans with borrowers when necessary. o Share responsibility with collection team on Consumer electronic loan and VBL • Operational Support: o Provide administrative support to the operations department, including data entry, reporting, and filing. o Assist in process improvement initiatives and efficiency enhancements. o Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. • Proven experience in operations management, preferably within the financial services industry. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Excellent communication and leadership abilities. • Proficiency in using GPS systems and credit analysis tools. • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
