Job Title: Operations Officer Company Name: Worldbridge International (Cambodia) Co., Ltd. Reporting line: Senior Removal Supervisor Department: Packing & Removal Station: Phnom Penh Working Hours: Mon-Sat: 8:00am – 5:30pm (half a day for Saturday) JOB SUMMARY: Primarily to be responsible to attend survey at clients’ premises, coordinate packing and operation of packing and removal business. Other functions include assisting and supporting post shipment documentation in office. JOB SCOPE: (both location and responsibilities) The employee shall provide her services to cover only the WIC’s businesses KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: • To conduct pre-move survey at clients’ premises • To prepare and provide survey result to client or agent • To prepare inventory list on packing date and coordinate with packing team and client • To plan and coordinate with team and client on delivery date • To prepare packing list and documents • To check and track of vessel arrival date of shipments • To prepare relevant documents and THC for finance team to process payment • To prepare documents for billing • To prepare reports • Any other task and function assigned by Superior and Management JOB REQUIREMENTS: (Education, Qualification/Skills/Behaviors, and Related Experiences.) • Preferably a Diploma and or Degree qualification from a reputable University • Proficiency in using Microsoft office such as Excel, Power Point and Word • Able to speak and write English well • Able to communicate and interact with clients and other parties • Previous experience of minimum of (1) a year is preferred from logistics industry preferably in a 3PL or warehousing
