Job Description:  Oversee daily operations: Manage and coordinate the activities of all departments within the resort, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.  Staff Management: Supervise, mentor, and develop staff across various departments, ensuring a high level of performance and engagement.  Process Optimization: Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions to increase efficiency and productivity.  Guest Satisfaction: Ensure that all guest interactions and services meet or exceed the resort's standards, resolving issues promptly and effectively.  Financial Management: Assist in budget preparation, monitor expenses, and work towards achieving financial targets.  Compliance: Ensure the resort adheres to all legal, safety, and brand standards, including health and safety regulations.  Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute operational strategies aligned with the resort's goals.
Job Requirements: • Daily Operations: Supervise and manage all aspects of resort operations to ensure seamless service delivery. • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate the operations team, conducting regular performance evaluations and providing feedback. • Guest Experience: Monitor guest feedback, address complaints, and ensure a consistently high level of service quality. • Resource Management: Manage resources effectively, including staffing, equipment, and supplies, to support operational needs. • Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate operational processes and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. • Financial Oversight: Monitor operational budgets, control costs, and contribute to the achievement of financial objectives. • Health and Safety: Ensure that all operational practices comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations. • Reporting: Prepare and present operational reports to senior management, highlighting key metrics and performance indicator
