Position Summary: The Operations Manager at Komsan Kampot Resort will oversee daily operations, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery across all departments. This role involves managing staff, optimizing processes, and maintaining high standards of guest satisfaction. The Operations Manager will work closely with senior management to implement strategies that enhance the resort's overall performance.
Job Description:  Oversee daily operations: Manage and coordinate the activities of all departments within the resort, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.  Staff Management: Supervise, mentor, and develop staff across various departments, ensuring a high level of performance and engagement.  Process Optimization: Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions to increase efficiency and productivity.  Guest Satisfaction: Ensure that all guest interactions and services meet or exceed the resort's standards, resolving issues promptly and effectively.  Financial Management: Assist in budget preparation, monitor expenses, and work towards achieving financial targets.  Compliance: Ensure the resort adheres to all legal, safety, and brand standards, including health and safety regulations.  Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute operational strategies aligned with the resort's goals.
